As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities, representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, accused and brought to the criminal liability one person on the fact of unlawful usage of another person’s trademark in large quantities.

As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities, representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, detained one person on the fact of bribe taking in Mtskheta-Mtianeti Region.

As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities, representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, detained two persons of the fact of damaging a large amount of property by deceit, carrying out illegal entrepreneurial activities and deliberately evading a particularly large amount of tax, by manufacturing and using forged documents confirming property rights.

On September 3, 2022, based on the information received, Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia immediately initiated investigation on the fact of conducting illegal educational activities by one of the educational institutions without the appropriate authorization from the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia, the crime stipulated by the first part of Article 192¹ of the Criminal Code of Georgia. The public will be periodically informed about the progress of the investigation.

As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities, representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia through the coordinated activities carried out together with the police department of autonomous republic of Abkhazia of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia, detained one person on the fact of storage of a particularly large amount of excisable goods subject to marking without excise marks, in Samegrelo region.
