As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities, carried out by the representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, criminal prosecution was initiated against 4 persons on the facts of purchase and sale of property obtained through criminal means, manufacturing and using of forged tax documents and legalization of illegal income by the group.

As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities, carried out by the representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, on the fact of fraudulent misappropriation of state-owned land plots, in large quantities, by manufacturing and using forged official documents and on the fact of neglecting official duties, criminal prosecution was initiated against 8 persons, one of which is a former official.

As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities carried out throughout Georgia, representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, in June 2023, exposed 30 facts of storage, transportation and sale of excisable goods subject to marking, without excise marks, in large quantities, and brought to the criminal liability 28 persons, 11 of which were detained.

As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities, representatives of the Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, through the coordinated activities with the Customs Department of the Revenue Service, exposed three facts of importing particularly large amount of undeclared gold and silver jewelry products through the customs border of Georgia, in violation of customs regulations.
