As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities, Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia together with employees of the Customs Department of the Revenue Service exposed one person on the fact of breach of the procedure related to the movement of goods across the customs border of Georgia.

As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities carried out by Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia two persons were detained for transporting especially large amount of goods subjected to marking through the customs border of Georgia illegally without excise stamps on the basis of preliminary agreement.

Due to investigational-operative activities carried out by representatives of Investigation Service of Ministry of Finance of Georgia group of two persons have been arrested on fact of preparing and selling forged tax documents.

ფინანსთა სამინისტროს საგამოძიებო სამსახურმა, ერთ-ერთი მუნიციპალიტეტის ტერიტორიაზე, 2017 წელს, ერთ-ერთი შპს-ის მიერ ჩატარებული მუსიკის ფესტივალის ფარგლებში შესაძლო ფინანსური ხასიათის დარღვევებთან დაკავშირებით, დაიწყო გამოძიება საქართველოს სისხლის სამართლის კოდექსის 185-ე მუხლის მე-3 ნაწილის ,,ბ“ ქვეპუნქტით (ქონების მესაკუთრის ან მფლობელის ქონებრივი დაზიანება მოტყუებით, დიდი ოდენობით) გათვალისწინებული დანაშაულის ნიშნებით.

საქართველოს ფინანსთა სამინისტროს საგამოძიებო სამსახურის თანამშრომლებმა, გატარებული ოპერატიულ-სამძებრო ღონისძიებებისა და საგამოძიებო მოქმედებების შედეგად, უკანონო სამეწარმეო საქმიანობაში სამი მეწარმე სუბიექტი ამხილეს.

On the basis of operative-searching and investigative activities conducted by the employees of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, a group of four persons has been arrested for storing and transporting large amount of excisable goods without excise marks in the three regions of Georgia - Kvemo Kartli, Samegrelo and Adjara.
