As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities carried out, representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, imposed criminal liability on 8 entrepreneurs on the fact of preparing and using of the forged payment documents by the group of people, in Kvemo Kartli region.

As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities carried out, representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, exposed the fact of storing and transportation of alcoholic beverages without excise marks.

As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities carried out on behalf of information provided by LEPL National Food Agency, representatives of the Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, on the basis of the court ruling, detained one person on the fact of cheating the consumer and production and usage of the forged payment and official documents.

As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities carried out, representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, in coordination with the representatives of Revenue Service, exposed five facts of storing and transportation of goods subject to marking, without excise marks, in different regions of Georgia.

As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities carried out, representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, detained two persons on the fact of deceitful attempt of misappropriation of another person’s property, with prior agreement, by group of people.
