As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities, representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance exposed two facts of manufacturing and sale of forged payment documents and therefore detained three persons.

Members of the delegation of the Republic of Tajikistan visited Investigative Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia within the framework of anti-corruption program of Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe. The delegation included the members of the Office of the President of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Anti-Corruption Service, the Office of the General Prosecution and representatives of OSCE.

As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities, representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia detained one person on the fact of an attempt to obtain title on property of another person by deceit.

As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities, representatives of the Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, in coordination with the representatives of the Revenue Service, exposed two persons on the facts of falsification of alcoholic beverages and manufacturing and use of counterfeited excise marks.

As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities, representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia detained one person in Kakheti region on the fact of manufacturing and sale of forged charge documents.

As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities, representatives of the Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, on the custom’s border of Georgia, exposed facts of violation of custom’s rules and manufacture and use of forged charge card, committed by a group with prior agreement and therefor detained two persons.
