As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities carried out, representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, detained 3 persons of the fact of storage of particularly large amount of excisable goods subject to marking, without excise marks. 

As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities, representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, initiated criminal prosecution on the citizen of the Republic of Turkey on the fact of breach of procedures related to the movement of particularly large amount of goods across the customs border of Georgia.

As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities carried out in different regions of Georgia, representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, during the months of February-March of 2021, exposed 77 facts of storage and transportation of large amounts of excisable goods subject to marking, without excise marks. 79 persons have been exposed for committing the crime, 44 of whom have been detained. 

As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities, representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, detained one person on the fact of misappropriation of the state property by deceit, in large quantities. 

As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities, representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, exposed a fact of breach of procedures related to the movement of particularly large amount of goods across the customs border of Georgia.

As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities, representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia have exposed two facts of tax evasion committed in particularly large quantities and brought to the criminal liability heads of two companies.
