As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities, representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, accused and brought to the criminal liability one person on the fact of moving particularly large amount of movable items across the customs border of Georgia by entering false data in the customs declaration and manufacturing and using forged tax document.

Representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, through the coordinated activities carried out together with the Customs Department of the Revenue Service, on the fact of moving particularly large amount of goods across the customs border of Georgia by entering false data in the customs declaration, accused and brought to the criminal liability one person.

As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities, representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, detained two persons on the fact of purchasing and possessing criminally obtained property, manufacturing and using forged tax document, damaging large amount of property, money laundering and fraud.

As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities, representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, accused and brought to the criminal liability two persons on the fact of manufacturing and using forged tax and other official document and damaging large amount of state property by deceit.

As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities, representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia and General Inspection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia, detained three persons on the fact of storage and transportation of particularly large amount of excisable goods subject to marking, without excise marks in Imereti region, by the group. One of the detainees is specialist of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti police department of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia, Khobi Regional Division.

As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities, representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia detained two persons on the fact of misappropriation of large amount of someone’s property by deceit, prior agreement as a group and manufacturing and using forged document certifying authority on the property.
