As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities carried out in September throughout Georgia, 35 cases of storage, transportation and sale of excisable goods subject to marking without excise mark in large quantities were exposed, for which 40 persons were charged as accused, 17 of whom were detained by the representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia. 

As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities, representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, brought to the criminal liability one person in Adjara region, on the fact of deliberate tax evasion committed in particularly large amount.

As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities, representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, initiated criminal prosecution against 13 persons, two of them were arrested, on the fact of misappropriation of large amount of state property by deceit by manufacturing and using forged documents.
