As a result of investigational-operative activities carried out by representatives of Investigation Service of Ministry of Finance of Georgia three persons have been arrested on fact of preparing and selling forged tax documents.

As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities carried out together with the Customs Department of the Revenue Service, Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia has exposed three facts of breaching the procedure related to the movement of goods across the customs border. Three persons were accused and criminal liability was imposed on them.

As a result of intensive investigative activities took place for several months, representatives of the Investigation Service of Ministry of Finance of Georgia has imposed criminal liability on fourteen persons on the fact of misappropriation of large quantity of state property using forged documents, with a prior agreement by a group of people.
