On September 3, 2022, based on the information received, Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia immediately initiated investigation on the fact of conducting illegal educational activities by one of the educational institutions without the appropriate authorization from the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia, the crime stipulated by the first part of Article 1921 of the Criminal Code of Georgia. The public will be periodically informed about the progress of the investigation.
