As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities carried out, representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, exposed two facts of misappropriation of large quantity of state owned property by means of manufacturing and using of the forged official documents. Criminal liability was imposed on eight persons, two of which were detained as initiators of the above mentioned criminal activities.

As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities carried out by representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, specialist of one of the forest districts of Samtskhe-Javakheti Forestry Service of LEPL “National Forestry Agency”, was exposed on the fact of abusing official powers.

Detained employees of the three Primal Technical Inspection Centers located in Tbilisi, did not perform their official duties properly and issued false positive conclusions on technically impaired vehicles during the technical inspection of their vehicles. The employees of “Tbilisi Transport Company” LLC did not have any kind of interference. Consequently, they were not identified as offenders or there were no misconducts.

As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities carried out, on the basis of a court ruling, representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, detained four employees of three centers of primary technical inspection, on the facts of manufacturing and selling of forged official documents and negligence.

As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities carried out, representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia detained two persons on the fact of manufacturing and sale of forged official documents.

As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities carried out, representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, exposed five facts of manufacturing and sale of the forged tax documents and detained 8 persons for the above mentioned violations.
