As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities carried out by the representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia foreign citizen has been brought to the criminal liability on the fact of unlawful use of another person’s trademark.

As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities carried out by the representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, criminal prosecution was initiated against two persons on the facts of fraudulent misappropriation of large amount of money belonging to the state by manufacturing and using forged settlement and official documents, as well as for causing large amount of property damage by deceit, by prior agreement as a group.

As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities, representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, detained one person on the fact of manufacturing and selling forged official documents.
