As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities, representatives of the Investigation Service of The Ministry of Finance exposed three employees and Head of private expertise company on a fact of production and sale of forged official documents.

An investigation has revealed that the convicts, in order to obtain illegal material profit, in exchange for money and without proper laboratory research, produced and issued false documentation of test results concerning the strength of concrete.

This category of crime is punishable under the first part of Article 362 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which envisages the imprisonment up to 3 years.
