According to the high social interest related to the Badagoni” Ltd case, Investigation Service of Ministry of Finance of Georgia gives additional explanation.

Investigative activities carried out by the representatives of the Investigation Service, are being held in the head office of “Badagoni” Ltd and not in industrial units. Therefore, above mentioned investigative activities will not interrupt process of the production.

At this stage, in the frames of criminal case investigation, activities for retrieving documents and electronic information necessary for inspection and evaluation of specific circumstances are carrying out. Abovementioned has nothing to do with interruption of the production process.

We would also like to announce that the Investigation Service is authorized to provide the company with the copies of any document retrieved.
