In order to introduce Internship Program and activities of Investigation Service in general, Deputy Head of Investigation Service Mr. Vazha Panozishvili had a meeting with graduates and masters’ degree students of law and business faculties of Caucasus International University.
As Deputy Head of Investigation Service noted on the meeting, paid internship is best opportunity for youngsters that desire to connect their career and professional activities to Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, the only Service that is combating against financial-economic crime in the country.
Internship program is an opportunity for youngsters, to put into practice theoretical knowledge that they have received in universities. 6 month learning course specially designed for them aims to maintain professional development of students, support them in gaining all the necessary practical skills that will help them in their successful and effective work in the future.” – Mr. Vazha Panozishvili noted.
Deputy Head of the Service introduced - specifics, legal basis and priorities of Investigation Service to students. As Mr. Vazha Panozishvili stated, one of the priorities of Investigation Service is to recruit highly qualified and professional staff. Therefore it is important, within the frames of internship program, to attract motivated youngsters having relevant education.
Dean of Law Faculty of Caucasus International University, Mr. Vladimer Macharashvili expressed his gratitude to representatives of Investigation Service for a visit and expressed his hope that cooperation between the parties will continue in future.
Meeting was held in the format of questions and answers. Deputy Head of Investigation Service answered all of the questions asked by the university students.
