As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities, representatives of Investigations Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, initiated criminal prosecution against four persons on the fact of manufacturing and selling forged official document in Adjara and Guria region.

Investigation determined that the representatives of a driving school registered in Adjara and Guria region, in exchange for money, prepared and sold forged certificates of finishing training courses for various categories, required for obtaining a driver’s license, but in fact, did not train citizens with the abovementioned course.

Investigation is underway under first part of articles 362 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which envisages imprisonment up to 3 years.
