As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities, representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, in Kvemo Kartli region, in the process of participating in state tenders, imposed criminal liability to the head of the company on the fact of the production and use of forged documents. 

Investigation revealed, that the accused person, whose company did not have the experience of performing the relevant work required for the candidate, counterfeited the contracts confirming the mentioned work and the acts of delivery-acceptance, which were then submitted to the tender commission.

This category of crime is punishable under Article 362 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which envisages imprisonment from 3 to 6 years.
