As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities carried out by the Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, five facts of  illegal entrepreneurial activity were detected.

Investigation has determined that group of people, in order to receive illegal income, with no documentation required according to the law of Georgia “On Licenses and Permissions”, had placed gambling machines in especially crowded places, close to subway stations and fairs located in different districts of Tbilisi.

As a result of investigative activities, 6 units of gambling machines were seized, illegally being used.

Investigation is underway under the second part of article 192 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which envisages imprisonment from 3 to 5 years.
