Head of the Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia – Soso Ramishvili, together with the other heads, paid an official visit to the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia.

Within the framework of the visit, bilateral meetings were held between the heads of the agencies. The parties discussed important areas, such as the fight against crimes committed in the financial and economic field, prevention of financial and other types of crimes within the scope of their competence, and other related issues.

A memorandum of understanding was signed, which envisages further deepening and activating bilateral cooperation between the colleague agencies of Georgia and the Republic of Armenia in the field of detection, prevention and investigation of crimes committed in the financial and economic field.

As a result of the visit, where Deputy Heads of the Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia - Vaja Panozishvili and Vakhtang Paresishvili, as well as the Head of the Investigation Department - Levan Dzneladze participated, future collaborative activities were planned in order to share experience and ensure its implementation in practice.
