As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities carried out by representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, citizen of the Republic of Turkey was arrested on the fact of storing and selling of forged money.

Investigation has determined that the accused person has sold 21 forged USD 100 banknotes in Rustavi, which is equal to USD 2100.

Investigation is underway under first part of Article 212 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which envisages imprisonment from 4 to 7 years.
