As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities carried out, representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia arrested one person on the fact of misappropriation of third person’s ownership by means of deceit. 

Investigation determined that the accused person in order to misappropriate another person’s money assured him, that in case of payment USD 5000 he would ensure him with job on a high position in Department of Supervision in Tbilisi City Hall. Representative of Investigative Service arrested the accused person on the fact of taking money (USD 5000).

Investigation is underway under second part of article 180 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which envisages imprisonment from 4 to 7 years.
