As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities carried out by the Investigative Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, five facts of illegal entrepreneurial activities were exposed.

Investigation has determined that group of people, in order to receive illegal income, has placed gambling machines in especially crowded places, close to subways and fairs, in different districts of Tbilisi, without necessary documentation, thus violating law of Georgia on “Licenses and permissions”.

As a result of investigative activities, illegally used 9 units of gambling machines were seized.

Investigation is underway under the second part of article 192 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which envisages imprisonment from 3 to 5 years.
