THE OWNER WAS COERCED TO CLOSE THE COMMERCIAL FACILITY IN TBILISI DUE TO NON-COMPLIANCE WITH RESTRICTIONS

Acting on the basis of the notifications received, representatives of the Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia forced the owner of one of the commercial enterprises to close the office applying legal coercive measures, due to non-compliance with the restrictions imposed by the decree of the President of Georgia. As many as 600 individuals worked in conditions that were not in compliance with the imposed government restrictions and the recommendations of the Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Labor, Health and Social Affairs. According to the incoming report, several employees of the company experienced high temperatures.

The relevant authorities are continuing to actively monitor the implementation of the restrictions imposed by the President under the state of emergency and will respond actively if such facts are revealed.
