As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities, representatives of Investigation Department of the Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia exposed one person on the fact of manufacturing and selling false official documents.

Investigation revealed that accused person, who was the director of one of the companies operating in Batumi, in exchange for two hundred GEL, manufactured and sold forged driving licenses of "C" and "D" category for driving school, as if the citizen had passed the relevant courses of truck and bus driving.

Investigation is underway under the first part of Article 362 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which envisages imprisonment up to 3 years.
