As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities carried out, on the basis of a court ruling, representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, detained four employees of three centers of primary technical inspection, on the facts of manufacturing and selling of forged official documents and negligence.
Investigation determined, that in three centers of primary technical inspection located in Tbilisi, affirmative certificates were issued for so called “yellow” passenger buses, being into technical disorder. Above mentioned buses belong to private owners as well as “Tbilisi Transport Company” LLC.
Investigation is underway under the first part of article 362 and first part of Article 2201 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which envisage imprisonment up to 3 years.
