22 YOUNG INDIVIDUALS WILL BE EMPLOYED WITHIN THE FRAMES OF INTERNSHIP PROGRAM OF THE INVESTIGATION SERVICE OF MINISTRY OF FINANCE OF GEORGIA

22 YOUNG INDIVIDUALS WILL BE EMPLOYED WITHIN THE FRAMES OF INTERNSHIP PROGRAM OF THE INVESTIGATION SERVICE OF MINISTRY OF FINANCE OF GEORGIA

Internship program has been completed at the Investigation Service of Ministry of Finance of Georgia. 28 interns received certificates as a result of completing 6 month learning program. Amongst them 22 interns will be employed at the Investigation Service.

 

“One of the priorities of the Investigation Service of Ministry of Finance of Georgia is to employ professional and highly qualified staff. In order to combat with economic and financial crime effectively, it is important to recruit young individuals with proper education and motivation. It is highly appreciated that every year, the number of persons applying for internship and respectively willing to be recruited / employed in the Investigation Service, is increasing. This means that young generation understands the importance and role of our Service in development of the country” - Head of the Investigation Service Mr. Levan Gamkrelidze stated.

 

Internship program is very important project for the Investigation Service. It is carried out with support of LEPL Academy of Ministry of Finance. Participants of the project have passed theoretical and practical courses with the program designed especially for them.

 

“Internship program of the Investigation Service is a successful project. Learning course for the interns consists of several modules, which includes introduction and studying of all main guidelines and legislation that is related to the economic crime. This will help inspector-investigators to implement their activities maximally effectively and in full compliance with law” – Deputy Director of LEPL Academy of Ministry of Finance, Mr. Giorgi Razmadze said.

 

Internship program gives opportunity to young individuals implement theoretical knowledge in practice. To get introduced to investigational procedures and principals of work of the law-enforcement body, in order to gain skills and professional experience necessary for public official. 

 

It has to be noted, that in the recent years the Investigation Service of Ministry of Finance of Georgia was joined by many young, qualified employees to their staff within the frames of the internship programs. Internship program of the Investigation Service of Ministry of Finance of Georgia will be continued in the future as well.
