As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities carried out, representatives of the Investigation Service of Ministry of Finance of Georgia have exposed an illegal gambling house, operating in Kvemo Kartli region.

Investigation has determined that gambling house was operated in a commercial space in Rustavi, without mandatory license, illegally conducting poker and roulette games. In case of the functioning of the abovementioned club in the legal manner, state budget would get more than GEL 1 000 000.

Investigation is underway under first part of the Article 192 of Criminal Code of Georgia, which envisages imprisonment from 1 to 3 years.
