Detained employees of the three Primal Technical Inspection Centers located in Tbilisi, did not perform their official duties properly and issued false positive conclusions on technically impaired vehicles during the technical inspection of their vehicles. The employees of “Tbilisi Transport Company” LLC did not have any kind of interference. Consequently, they were not identified as offenders or there were no misconducts.

Investigation Service arranged detention on the facts of manufacturing and selling of forged official documents and negligence on the basis of a judges ruling. The employees of the primal Technical Inspection Centers were charged under the first parts of articles 362 and 220¹ of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which means negligence and manufacturing and selling of forged official documents.
