As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities, representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance Georgia, charged seven persons with criminal liability on the fact of illegal entrepreneurial activities.

Investigation determined, that accused persons were selling therapeutic medications in pharmacies located in Racha-Lechkhumi and Imereti regions and having no valid permission.

Investigation is underway under the first part of 192 article of Criminal Code of Georgia, which envisages imprisonment from one to three years.
