As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities, Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia arrested one person on the fact of realization of forged money.

 Investigation revealed that above mentioned person, in the currency exchange booth located in the town of “Zestafoni”, during the currency exchange made a realization of 2 examples of forged € 500 notes. 

Investigation is underway under the article 212 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which envisages imprisonment from 4 to 7 years.
