As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities carried out, representatives of the Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia have arrested a representative of self-government of Telavi municipality in village Kvemo Khodasheni.

Investigation has determined that the above mentioned person, illegally received GEL 1000 from another citizen for preparation of document on the origin of grapes.

Investigation is underway under first part of article 338 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which envisages imprisonment from 6 to 9 years.
