REPRESENTATIVES OF INVESTIGATION SERVICE ARE INTRODUCING INTERNSHIP PROGRAM TO GRADUATES OF DIFFERENT UNIVERSITIES

Deputy Head of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, Mr. Vasha Panozishvili continues meetings with graduates and Masters’ Degree students of law faculties of the different universities. In order to introduce activities and planned internship program of Investigation Service, this time a meeting at Guram Tavartkiladze University was held.

 


During the meeting, Deputy Head of the Service spoke in details about activities, priorities and goals of Investigation Service. Mr. Vazha Panozishvili underlined that one of the priorities of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia is to recruit highly qualified and professional staff.

 


As a consequence of complex nature of combating against crime committed in financial-economic field, constant development and strengthening is very important for the Service. This is greatly enhanced by attracting and recruiting young and motivated staff to the Service.  This is exact aim of the internship program. “In 2018 for the first time, format of the program will be paid internship.  This will be additional stimulus for youngsters.” Mr. Vazha Panozishvili mentioned.

 


As Deputy Head of the Investigation service noted during the meeting, the number of applicants for the internship program, therefore persons who want to work at Investigation Service raises on yearly basis. This means that youngsters understand the role and importance of the Service in economic development of the country.

 


Dean of Guram Tavartkiladze University, Mr. Shengel Pitskhelauri expressed his gratitude towards the representatives of Investigation Service and noted that, it is especially important for the graduates to communicate with employers directly. He hopes that many students will be involved in Internship Program of Investigation Service. 

 


Meeting was held in the format of questions and answers. Deputy Head of Investigation Service answered all of the questions asked by the university students.

 


At the end of the meeting, Dean of Guram Tavartkiladze University, showed educational laboratories and library to the representatives of Investigation Service.
