On January 18, 2018 Investigation Service of Ministry of Finance of Georgia has started investigation of a criminal case on embezzlement of another person’s share (great part of shares) in the capital of “Badagoni” Ltd, envisaging crime signs under sub-article “B” of third part of Article 182 of the Criminal Code of Georgia. Investigation has been initiated on the basis of statement of former shareholder of “Badagoni”– “Grakoro Trading Limidet”.

In order to conduct investigation in full and evaluate above mentioned issues, on basis of court ruling dated February 1, 2018 investigative activities started in Tbilisi office of “Badagoni” Ltd, in particular – seizing documents and retrieving electronic information.

Above mentioned investigative activities will not interrupt the working process of company “Badagoni”.
