Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia has started holding introductory and informational meetings with university students in order to popularize the paid internship program and attract the interest of young people. Ioseb Vardzelashvili, Deputy Head of the Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance, and Levan Dzneladze, Head of the Investigation Department, held the first meeting with students of Iakob Gogebashvili Telavi State University.
High-ranking officials of the investigative agency provided the students with full information about the importance of the internship program and the three-stage selection competition. Ioseb Vardzelashvili, Deputy Head of the Investigation Service, introduced the students to the mandate and specifics of Investigation Service. Levan Dzneladze, Head of the Investigation Department, reviewed the key aspects of the operational and investigative activities of the Investigation Department. Students interested in the paid internship program received comprehensive answers to their questions.
Since the introduction of the paid internship program, more than 200 young people have joined Investigation Service.
