As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities, representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, detained one person on the fact of selling forged money.

As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities, Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, in coordination with the Kvemo Kartli District Prosecutor's Office, two persons were detained on the fact of storage of excisable cigarettes subject to marking, without excise marks, in particularly large quantities.

As a result of investigative activities carried out by the representatives of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, for the purpose of misappropriation, criminal prosecution was initiated against four persons on the facts of fraudulent misappropriate of large amount of someone else's property and legalization of illegal income as a group, by prior agreement and abuse of official powers.
 

Head of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia - Soso Ramishvili, together with his deputies, summarized results of the 2024 year, awarded the employees of the Service with early special ranks and certificates of appreciation for the conscientious and successfully performing of their official duties.
