Head of Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, Mr. Levan Kharabadze, presented the new heads to the employees of Adjara and Guria Regional Divisions.

According to the decision of Mr. Levan Kharabadze, Mr. Gela Kandelaki will be in charge of Adjara structural sub-unit and Mr. Irakli Sarjveladze will lead Guria structural sub-unit.

During the meeting, high-ranking officials of the agency received information from heads of sub-units regarding detection and investigation of crimes committed in the financial-economic field, as well as the preventive measures carried out within their operational areas. The conversation also covered crime statistics in the regions and the case solving rate.

Head of Investigation Service thanked the employees for their effective work and discussed about future plans and priority areas in the fight against financial and economic crimes.

Deputy Heads of Investigation Service and heads of the Investigation Department attended the meetings held in the regions.
